Summary:
Oversees the front desk and massage therapist teams. Ensures exceptional customer service, smooth administrative processes, and high-quality wellness services. Provides support across other areas of the fitness center as needed to maintain a positive and efficient environment for members and staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Essential:
* Required - High School or Equivalent; Required - Associates - Business Administration; Or - Associates - Related Field;
Preferred - Bachelors - Management; Preferred - Bachelors - Business Administration and Fitness
Credentials: Essential: * Automated External Defibrillator Cert * Basic Life Support within 90 days
Experience:
Required - 2 years - Related Field; Or - 5 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent.
Required Specific Skills: Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic; Results oriented; Ability to work well under pressure; Listening skills as they pertain to member satisfaction and project management; and Creative thinker with a bias for action.
