College athletics compliance experience. Working knowledge of NCAA bylaws, interpretations and regulations, and an ability to communicate this to student-athletes, coaches, staff and other members of the community. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, computer and communications skills with an ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and must be comfortable using various computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Banner, LSBDi, etc.). Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
