Spa Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the Spa
• Ensure the highest level of Spa service and quality standards to ensure consistency regarding guest service
• Lead the training, mentoring, and supervision of the Spa Team
• Maintain appropriate staffing within the Spa at all times through consistent recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
• Maintain Company standards to ensure consistency in guest service that is required throughout the property
• Stay up to date with current trends, services, and practices within the Spa & Wellness industry

Spa Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Spa Management experience
• Experienced Aesthetician or Massage Therapist preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
