Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and guest services
• Develop and implement service standards to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities
• Recruit, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with other resort departments to promote spa services and special packages
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative treatments and services

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in spa management or hospitality management, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and industry standards
• Ability to manage budgets, sales, and marketing strategies
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
• Certification or licensing in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields is a plus
