Sports and Recreation General Manager Jobs in Oregon

A Sports and Recreation General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a sports or fitness facility. These include managing staff, developing and implementing budgets, maintaining the facility, planning programs and activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They play a crucial role in the success of the facility by creating a welcoming and safe environment for members, promoting health and fitness, and ensuring the business runs effectively and efficiently.
