Open availability REQUIRED Full-time position Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales Approach Clients Outside the Retreat with live sales calls, Social Media, Website Optimization, and direct digital marketing.
Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy Educate prospects confidently and effectively about services and products Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests Qualifications Three years' plus demonstrated excellence in Membership sales.
Exceptional guest service and communication abilities Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service Proficient with broadcast email and sms platforms
Proficient with all Social Media platforms
Experience with DM conversations
