A Guide in the fitness and recreation industry is a professional who facilitates fitness activities and recreational programs. They are responsible for leading fitness classes, designing physical exercise routines, giving advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and ensuring that the fitness and recreational activities are safe and enjoyable for all participants. Guides often work in various settings, such as gyms, fitness centers, resorts, and outdoor recreational facilities. Before becoming a Guide, individuals may have roles such as Fitness Instructor, Recreation Assistant, or Personal Trainer.
